How To Use This Help System

Please use this ticket system responsibly. Please give our help staff up to 72 hours to answer your request. We are never too busy for any customer but at times we are doing the best we can to get answers and replies to many different customers in many situations at once so giving us a day or two to respond to your ticket is appreciated!

Please do NOT file claims with any of our payment processors as we can work out any discrepancy with you and will gladly as payment processor claims are not good for any business. For any payment problems, refund requests etc. that are not handled by this ticket system in a timely fashion or to your liking please email us at the email address below!
